Ditto yeah me and stripe are always late for the party. :D You're not late. You keep forgetting that Conan and Boogs are ahead on the timezones. The "Today's Birthdays" panel corresponds to your own timezone. :Poke:

Anyway, have a good one Josh

Its ok all, I am 8 hours ahead of GMT. Boogs, the furthest (Japan), yet to see guys from a pacific island, is 10 hours ahead right? Thanks again all I did have a good day yesterday but today I had to go to the Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority to register for my IC.

They took my particulars and photograph, fingerprints for both thumbs both by electronic scanning and the standard ink pad to paper twice (Wonder why by both methods?) Had Yoshinoya for lunch after that.

Immigration is rather rough. And Yoshinoya kicks ass. Did you get the beef or the pork bowl?

For those not in the know about Yoshinoya:

Since Japan started blocking all beef imports, yoshinoya only servers pork dishes now.. :D But the pork seems to taste better than the beef to me for some strange reason.
And it is cheep. I can get a pork bowl for about 230 yen or so.. that's about $1.70

I ate the Beef Bowl large value meal. my friend's soup miso cover kept on getting stuck to the bowl. Lol. And 1.70 is very cheap already. i have to pay $6.20 for the beef bowl but its delicious. I always eat yoshinoya for the beef. Usually I'll eat yoshinoya if there's a choice between Macdonalds. I am getting sick of eating overpriced fires and drinks from macdonalds. The burgers are reasonable due to the promotions that they are having but Yoshinoya seems healthier and more value for money. It isn't also as crowded with students hogging the tables for studying.(They buy only 1 drink and can sit there for hours but not seems to study but talk only.) Or corporates with their laptops during lunch.

I eat in Yoshinoya too. But I find their menu a bit limited.
