Spam -- please tell me where to put it

I'm trying to figure out the best forum category for posting discussions or questions about anti-spam filters. I can't decide between the following categories: Software, System Security, Browsers/Email, or none of the above.

Browsers/Email would do, could be software too if it's a specific program to cancel out spam.
