Can anyone think of a nice name for a male cat? We'll be getting one but we can't think of any cool names. Until now, we've decided on "Courage" as the name of the kitten.

Well, I have a male cat name Loki - after the God of Chaos and a female cat named Terra. I would suggest waiting until you have the cat to determine what type of personality he is and then give him a name.

My cat is called Mooks.
When he was a kitten we called him Mookie.

Whatever the name you choose, remember that he/she will grow into a full cat at some stage and the name will stick. :)

And I think Beths suggestion of waiting until you spend some time is a good one.

My cats called Mooks because I have a Mooks (http://www.mooks.com/#) jacket that he adopted and liked to sleep on.

Thanks to Rev for recommending the site. That's where I found the names. As you said, my final choice will probably be depending on the personality of the cat.

How about Tigger? Ralph? Zeus? Garfield? Jizzum? Harry?

I personally like Pepe LePew or Tom as in Tom and Jerry. If he has big testes you could call him Nutter. If he's a killer, you could call him, Hitman.

If he eats a lot, call him Chompy. YOu could go with the Harry Potter cat, and call him Crookshanks.

Or something really originally like Zorack, or Dangle Legs. Or something of that nature..

I gotta dog named Tiger. She's a girl. :D Confuses the hell out of the vet. :P She likes to bit the ass checks of our postman.

I've also like the name Chopper from the movie "Stand By Me" when they are at teh junk yard and they hear the words:

"sick balls chopper"
