Dvd Decoder

Can anyone suggest me any good DVD Decoder? I downloaded Inter Video Win DVD 6 Platinum(a 26 MB file). But when i tried to install it was corrupted.... :( Is there any way to repair the file??? Or should i download another file and try again??? :o

Get the trial direct from Intervideo here (http://a1394.g.akamai.net/7/1394/3235/v001/webdownload2.intervideo.com/windvd6/release/Enu/WinDVD6.exe) (27.6 MB) and try again
