VGA Cooler 3 pin connector to 2 pin - how do I do that?

I'm getting the vantec iceberg 4 pro and the card I want to install it on is a terratec mystify ti4800-8x - which has a fan power inlet of 2 pins only.
how can I connect it? and will it work with the voltage "given" by the card?

I'm not experienced with that cooler other than people say it's great. From looking at the picture it looks like it comes with a molex connector to hook up to power supply leads.
