I did a google search for Error code 100000d1 and found a lot written. I found no definite solutions.

The best discussion was at - http://www.alegsa.com.ar/Visitas/index10/Blue%20screen%20crash%20reboot.php

I suspect that you will eventually have to do a new XP and SP2 install. Make sure you back up you data before you do too much experimenting.

Someone recently recommended Tune-up Utilities 2004. It has several scan and fix functions that might be helpful here. Download (http://www.updatexp.com/windows-xp-tweaks.html)

Have you tried running memtest? Could be memory problems.
