16 bit ms dos subsystem message!!

Hi,ive recently reinstalled my windows xp home edition again and now i get a box appear with the following message;

16 bit ms-dos subsystem

c:\docume~1\mazza\locals~1\temp\surfi~1.exe
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt

The system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications.choose close to terminate the program.

Could anybody please help me???

Yep check that post. definately a corrupt/infected file.
