I am using this now. Works great. A nice alternative to MCE2005 if you don't have compatible hardware.

I unstalled the last one. I had some issue with it. It had a huge ass gui as well. Maybe this is better.

I like this program and have decided to go with it as my primary Media Tool for the machine I have connected to my TV. It does a superb job and is very simple to use.

boogs did you have to del msipv to run the tv. since my tuner isnt supported yet could be a good alt.

I don't believe I had to uninstall the MSIpv. I just made sure that they both were not running at teh same time.

How does it handle scheduled recordings? Does it work with your remote control?

I can't use the remote because it's with my satellite. And I haven't even tried to do a scheduled recording yet.
