Hi,
Why are some applications , when I chose to let them run at Startup , gives me an Error message.
" There is No disk in the Drive. Please Insert a diski nto drive
\Device\Hardisk4\DR14 "

Then it gives me the option of:

" Cancel " " Try Again" " Continue"

Usually, I would choose and hit a couple of times at the Continue Option. Usually happen to Program like Spy sweeper and zone Alarm and now a freeware call Cleancache.
How do I make XP Home Ed. NOT to ask for the Disk at Startup. I have already check MSCONFIG and it seems okay. Eventthough, I Re-Format and Re-Install Xp., Re-dowloaded a Fresh copy of the Programs and Re-Install it again but to no avail.

p.s Running SP2, same Problem w/sp1 too!

Thanks.

I'm not sure about that one. Happens to me on rare occasions, but it's never been persistent enought to annoy me.
