Hello everyone
When I change my Recycle Bin and My Computer icons by right clicking on desktop and clicking properties the going to the customize desktop. I change the Icons but when I shut off the computer completely and restart it a few seconds later the Recycling Bin and My Computer are back to the original windows icons. Any help will be great. Thank you.
