I use www.techtarget.com aka www.whatis.com for finding definition of terms I run into. But this works only for IT-related terms. If I go to whatis.com and enter "stealth mode" or "hot keys" I come up empty handed. And for me,failing to find a a term at whatis is common.

Can some Techzonez people point me to a site or sites that have a better chance of defining non-IT but computer/internet terms?
