Title Image

Site is hosted on blogger and i am jsut using a redirect at the mo.

I am having real problems editing the template to get a back ground image for the title, when i add one it just looks like this (http://www.auil51.dsl.pipex.com/screen.JPG) I am trying to use this image. (http://www.auil51.dsl.pipex.com/banner001.JPG) Now i know its a bit big at the moment but it can be edited later for now i jstu want it to work properley.
