What do you think? Are they going to ask for credit card info to identify me?

my guess is they will want you to issue a release payment. then you will get the money which never arrives.
a similar scam is to buy your car on ebay, write you a cheque that you deposit and call you back and say you can no longer purchase it. you are givin a few hundred dollars for your trouble and since your bank tempoarily honored the cheque and deposited the money you eagerly send them a bank draft of there money which is actually your money since the bank deposited the money on faith and you are hit for the whole deposit after it is determined the funds are not there.
True story and some banks do this.

This is a classic advance fee fraud. The idea is that you have won a serious amount 0f money, but you have to pay some fees, taxes and so on to get the money (which, of course, never arrives).

ring up FBI, and get them to do a sting on the guy... they catch a few nigerian scammers this way... ;)
