Stable PC

Hey guys, I was wondering what you would recommend if trying to build the stable(est?) computer. I have to do it on kind of a budget too ($400). I don't need monitor or input devices (or speakers). Any help or recomendations would be great! Thanks,

u need everything else though right....hard drive, cd drives, psu, case motherboard, video card, cpu all that?

Yup, Case, power supply, MB, CPU, RAM, Video card, cd (maybe dvd and/or dvd burner if money would allow) and hard drive of course. And the video card doesnt ahve to be anything special either. But yeah, all that for 400. :-D I know it can be done, I just don't know what the stable(est?) combination would be. Thanks!
