Major drwtsn32.exe issue

Major drwtsn32.exe issue on boot up - enough to freeze my desktop unless I kill watson in taskmanager. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Does anyone know what in tar nation these are?

**edit - I think I have it fixed now. I ran SFC - rebooted without watson showing up this time.

System restore or an restore from image is what I did.
