Is the CD scratched? Is the drive known to work? 1badger11 May 29th, 2005, 19:21 PM I see this all the time with burned disks, make sure that the cd or dvd reader is not having problems with burned disks (reads regular disks just fine). If that is the case you can try cleaning the lense, but almost always you will need a new reader.
