View Full Version : Where did Microsoft hide XPSP2BlockerTools Zambini May 10th, 2005, 18:41 PM It used to be on their site, with a link - Toolkit to Temporarily Block Delivery of Windows XP SP2 to a PC Through Automatic Updates and Windows http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=8BCE6BBA-EA5D-4425-89C1-C1CB1CCD463C&displaylang=en (from Microsoft tech support e-mail) Should have saved it to a CD :( Denyse May 10th, 2005, 19:07 PM I believe that was removed, April 15th or so, when the company had announced that as of that date, they would no longer support automatic updates to "plain old XP". Soon you will need it for windows updates and also go through the Genuine Product validation script... So... Linux might come sooner than you think ;) :p
