CoffeeCup Free Website Templates (http://www.coffeecup.com/freestuff/templates/) - a small but nice selection. you have to register (email/password) with their site in order to get the download links, but it's free. :D

I second that! I've used a couple of the templates for aunty's charity website :)

Yeap very creative, I used some for a stand along CD full of applications. I just used it to make a GUI that will auto run the CD with menus of diffrentr application to run for work. It worked out pretty nice. Ill make my next CD using C++ GUI and try to have the windows run within the application like frames. I just have to figure out how to get an application to open with in my application.
