LOL Fastgame that's the perfect angle for "40 reasons" if only it were a little larger.
1st stage. With a little blending and skin tone adjustments...................will look much better. And your head positioned better. All I did was cut you head and place it on top at this point.

Well, I'm no expert as this but with time it could come out decent. I think what needs to be done is cut out just the face and place it (crop only lips nose and eyes) - then blend in the skin tones.
