I don't think it is an OS. If you look right at the bottom, just below the Start button, there is another button or somthing thats is just clipped off. That means that its a windows in another OS. Also, the amount of games this person has installed is huge. Iam sure you would have to have a massive harddrive to have all that studd installed. The studd to the right of the start button could point to something like Java because of its style. Also the funny text to the right of the screen near the bottom looks like greek, so I rekon this is some kind of site that acts like an OS. But I don't know.

I kind of agree with Jether. It doesn't look like an OS to me. I think it's just the screenshot of some program probably at a network gaming center/internet café since there are a lot of games and internet apps. It also says at the top: "Coffe Club's Internet and Game". I know these places create such programs to:
1) manage users' accounts (it locks up when a user's time is up)
2) limit users' access to the system prevent sabotage

I might be wrong though.

actualy no, ur not wrong cuz my friend who took me that screenshot wasnt sure of the OS but he told me that he was in a internet cafe...
