Upload, bandwidth

Hey, I heard of this software that could set your upload speed. Does anyone know wut it is? Cuz i'v lately have been trying to download stuff with my torrent client, but i hate it when I get uploads, cuz with my ISP I pay more if I get more then 10GB of upload. So I really need this software.

If any of you peoples know what software i'm talking abt then please reply back:).

With most P2P applications, if you limit your upload, then it effects your download. The less you upload, the less you download.

There are modifications to some programs that assist in this, but you usually wind up getting banned from the network because uploading goes hand in hand with downloading.
