Passwords tend to be named after the site the file was downloaded from.

Either the site name or the domain url.

Is the version of RAR used 1.5x or 2.0x?

1.5x is possible.

2.0x is not  (Currently)

try snadboy's revelation password revealer. I think it works by checking your cache to see if anything has been typed into the field before, but maybe not, its worth a try.
