Ok I really think that the codecs I have recently downloaded screwed up my dvd-RW burnings, I cant burn a single video, is that possible that codecs might screw up ur burner??? Cuz few weeks ago I downloaded ACE Codec Pack and installed it, it was perfect everything was included in it, but I wasnt able to burn...So once I uninstalled it I was able to burn again, what should I do???? I want the codec and the burner...

Just been looking at some of your early threads and you had burning problems way before you installed that codec pack.

I don't think it's the codec pack,I have Ace codec pack installed for a while and it has never affected my burning.however i did notice that whatever mpeg codec it is does not seem to work correct because watching mpegs are very choppy.before i installed the pack they played fine.but thats off topic :p

You only installed the Ace pack a few weeks ago (http://www.techzonez.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16576),so your burning probs have got nothing to do with the codec pack.

I was trying to burn some .vob files, but it kept saying that they were like a wrong format but for real it was a .vob file...
I tried to burn some random picture, by dragging and dropping a single picture .jpeg file but it said that "windows encoutered a problem while trying to copy this file"
Then I used Nero to do Data burn, so I burned a .avi movie in it, it was like 40mb right, so it said that there was a error while burning that file, then when i checked the cd i saw that the movie was in there, so when I tried to open it, it kept bugging and froze my pc....
Whats going on, this never happened before, am I supposed to configure something??? How will I be able to fix this??? I'll keep trying to workout by fixing this prob, but i cant do it myself, i'll need some help.
Oh and by the way, this is my DVD-RW :: NU DVDRW DDW-089
Anyways TZ pals i rely on you, please help, and thx in advance
I have used DVD Identtifier to identify my DVD-Burner, thanks for the link
