Here is a link to a program that i use for ISO creation
Magic ISO (http://www.magiciso.com/) This program is awsome. It will let you convert any image file to an ISO and also will let you add and remove content from the ISO file.

I have had this program for a while :) very handy tool especially if you use the ISO format alot.I have no complaints about it except if you never used it before it may require a bit of time to learn everything.

Its pretty much that for the use of UltraISO, its not that hard to use it, but still gets tricky sometimes.
