View Full Version : Ares Connection Problem

Is anyone else unable to connect to the Ares Network? I've been unable to do so in over 3 days. I'm using their latest version (1.8.6)

No problems with the firewall I think. Sygate recognised the changes in the software (from version 1.8.4 to 1.8.6) and promptly displayed a dialog box with the regular mumbo jumbo. I clicked on OK.

I am able to connect to Ares with ZA Free. Are you able to connect after disabling Sygate?

Try the Ares connection-fixer tool here (http://www.peerevolution.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=3906) on the Peerevolution Forum (official Ares forum).

Also, here (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=112366) is the link to the older versions of Ares (latest is 1.8.6) for those with connection problems.
