The old chair hurts my buttocks. The old chair's padded, but the padding

wore out or smashed down & won't come back up. I'm in a hot climate. I was

going to get a desk Bungee chair for comfort & ventilation. The staff at a

university are all getting Bungee chairs. Here's a link to the one I was going

to get:

What do you think?

I think the problem is with your buttocks. We might have to look at them more closely. Would you please give us more details?
:D

Do you have a health and safety person who can advise you?

:DI meant the padding on the chair is mashed down. It won't spring

back up. It may be worn out.

I don't know. Something is causing the padding to get mashed down. I'm sticking with the "buttocks theory". :D

There's always this: http://www.hermanmiller.com/CDA/SSA/Product/0,1592,a10-c440-p8,00.html

I would probably recommend sitting in one of those chairs before you decide. I know some people have different comfort levels and you may find its something you don't like. Maybe steal it from the co-workers for an hour or two to see if you like it ;)

Here's the OSHA Ergo chair site:
