Just thought I should check - if I plug a card supporting AGP8X into a motherboard supporting AGP1/2/4X it'll still work, right? Just not as fast.

It just confused me though. This picture: http://www.ertyu.org/~steven_nikkel/images/agpuniv.jpg suggests a card with the 3 plug-sections is OK on all AGP versions, correct? And most AGP cards I remember are of this type.
