What racing games would you say were the great games prior to Gran Turismo?:confused: Pole Position and Bump N' Jump are pretty legendary.:D

awesome find... looks like a great game! has anyone seen it actually work?

In the Sega Sand Buggy game? The buggy goes over the diorama conveyor belt and if you make a mistake the car flips on two wheels, pauses, (time penalty for your driving error) and then resumes on 4 wheels.

I haven't played that particular one, but I have seen their kind. But the arcades got rid of most of the electro mechanical / pinball machines when videogames came in. The old mechanical games were really loud (mechanical sound & audio soundtrack).
