installinf opensolaris on a p3 750,384mb 20g hd

i have tried to install opensolaris(schillix distro) ON A P3,384MB,20GIG HD WHEN I BOOT UP IT SAYS TOO BIG TO FIT INTO MEMORY I KNOW I HAVE ENOUGH MEMORY WHAT GIVES. I ALSO HAVE THE NEXENTA LIVE CD AND IT TOO SAYS TOO BIG TO FIT IN MEMORY

well when it says memory does it mean hard disc space or ram?
