Need Help With A Banner

Hey design gurus I need help in designing a banner for my Club Silvia group. We have a free forum and we only have about 20 members in total.

The banner should say "Club Silvia" and it should be this size: 470 x 90.

I re-installed xp after my 80 hard drive crashed and died.

I don't have photoshop installed yet but I love big boogers job but I also love the look of the yellow cars position in the pic

you need to fins a pic with the car in that kinda camera angle and put the dust in there

it would be ace

Thank you N1!:D The car has to be the proper "era" since all the cars in our club are the from the same model year. The "S14A" model was a mild update from the S14 which is the car that you placed in your creation. The S14A is differentiated by aggressive projector headlights; a new front bumper, hood, and fenders; revised taillights; and curved rocker panels.
