Hi, one of our remote users as of a week agon cannot log into out VPN.
The user has XP home, logged in as admin. 3 other users in his office are able to log in without problems. I created another profile and recreated the vpn connection with no luck. The user is able to browse the internet and send and recive email with no problems. the vpn error: is "error 721 remote computer does not respond". Does anyone have any suggeations on what else I can try?
