I've also seen it on Google. Generaly it has 'TM' after it. It often is attached to a word...like "doesâ€"
What is?
Or is my compurter being weird?

That's a character encoding issue. Probably the character encoding on the site is different from the one you have selected in your browser. :D
' apostrophes and quotes also generate these wierd symbols if they are from a different encoding set than the one you are using in your browser.

What is?As Boogs said its related to the character set you are using. The sites in question have probably used a different charset to your one. Apostrophes can cause an encoding problem and will appear as "â€" when using conflicting code.

You can check out your character sets by going to: Start - Run - then type: charmap
