hotmail messenger help please

hi:

the public computer at work auto logs into someones hotmail messanger account

anyone know how to override this setting so it defaults to enter passwords

Open the messenger and go Tools>Options>Privacy and check "always ask me for my password when checking my hotmail or opening other .NET passport-enabled Web pages"
you might want to ensure that "This is a shared computer dont display my tabs" is enabled as well

always ask me for my password is checked
but when i run messanger i click on the name and im logged in

is there a file to delete or something to reset the system so no passwords are remembered?

You can change messenger so that it wont remember every email address or .Net passport people signed in under on a single PC.

1. In Start menu select Run
2. Enter: control userpasswords2
3. Go to Advanced tab
4. Select Manage Passwords Button
5. Add or Remove items at will.
