Welcome Screen!!!

I downloaded a welcome screen from a website.It comes in the form of a Zip file & another one came in the form of a file with an extension ".logonxp".I`ve downloaded it but do not know how can I set it as the Welcome Screen of my computer.
There may be some softwares which will allow me to do so but there may be any way to enable the manually.
I hope may be anyone of you can help me.

try www.themxp.org ....just went there seems to be down now...but they have tutorials on using welcome, boot screens, and themes.
