TZ, as far as I understood in a year, is a very serious forum with the coolest techno people from all over the world. Hence, I really feel awkward to put this question here. But... oh well, here it goes (admins get ready to through me out :) ): Name your favorite dish?

Mine is Biryani (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biryani).

Steak is always good!! I like mine medium well with mushrooms and swiss cheese...heaven on a plate. As for the others, eel looks pretty appealing in the picture, I might try it. I have never heard of pancit though and will have to look it up.

I can always go for a few helpings of Japanese Curry. Always one of my all time favorite.

Honestly though, man, I can eat anything.

My South American friend makes curry chicken, when we were together it was one of my favorite dishes for him to make. I haven't had that in a while. I guess that will be Easter Sunday meal, I am so not barbcueing for this holiday. Barbcue is great but then I smell like I have been hickory smoked all day. Even after a bath it seems like the scent is soaked into your skin, and definately in your hair.

Venison with a suur black cherry sauce for me, heaven on a plate. Though my partner would prefer a whole meal made up of starters - dim sum, honey ribs, duck pancakes, samosas, onion bhajis etc, etc. That's her idea of the perfect meal. Different strokes for differernt folks I suppose.
