The linked article talkes about some of the problems that can occur when different linux distros are installed on your computer, especially when the distros use different boot loaders. I have personally experienced the problem with Xandros with LILO and other distros containing GRUB. The only way that I could solve them was to install Xandros a second time. In my case, Xandros correctly identified other distros and configured a complete bootloader in LILO. This article talks about these issues and provides ways to avoid problems.
