I saw this last night and gotta say it was a pretty good show. Nice to see all the old guy rockers that are still able to kick it a bit. Brian May and Roger Taylor from Queen were there with Paul Rogers singing, as well as Judas Priest, Def Leppard, and Kiss as Honorees.
Several bands played Tribute sets. The Foo Fighters, All-American Rejects, and Godsmack all played.
But I have to say that I was most impressed by the All-Star Band that played the Kiss Tribute. Rob Zombie, Slash, Tommy Lee, Gilbey Clark, Scott Ian, and last but not least Ace Frehley.
They played God of Thunder and I must say...IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!
Better than KISS has ever done.
All in all it was an ok show, but the KISS Tribute was definitely the highlight.
