Any ideas? Does someone know my password or is this just spam? Note the from and to addresses. I'm certain that all my outgoing e-mail is sent under the name Rohit Kumar and not Rohitk.

Yes same here,
Some one is trying to show us that he can type numbers.
I'm not sure he can count though...:)

Email spoofing of your address book, or at least of your own email account... There are little Linux apps that allow you to set the "TO" and "FROM" email addrs... thus masking who really sent the spam... but, you were clever enough to look at the header (no-one really does) and work out it was spam...

I think this was just a test email tho, hence the random numbers... but be aware in the future, of emails from CIA or FBI etc etc... check the header, and verify the 'true' sender... like James did.

A bunch of virii might be on its way.... but that's just hearsay... ;)

Apparently a lot of people have reported similar e-mails. Almost all of them have a set of numbers in the subject line followed by another set of numbers in the body. 6/6/06?
