I was wondering does anyone know a software that will allow me to stream video and audio from one PC to another via video capture card/tv tuner?
I looked a bit but couldnt find anything also tryed doing this in skype/MSN messenger but it doesnt work as they only seem to detect webcams.Any suggestions would be great :)

This looks like it does a bunch of stuff, don't know for sure if it does what you want, but it shows capture card & TV
VLC Player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/streaming.html)
