Folder Delete

I have a folder on my PC which I wish to delete. I have stopped all the services and removed all of the programs but for what ever reason it will not let me delete it.

I have check under MSCONFIG to make sure that nothing is hiddening in here.

Any thoughts. It's a 1.4GB folder and I could do with the space.

Can you boot into safe mode and remove it from there?

That thought actually just occured to me, will try once I get home.
