I buy anything related to survival horror. The history of horror movies and games has been very intriguing to me, and Alone in the Dark helped populise the Resident Evil series.
It's a pity that the first game was not ported to the PlayStation, because I think it's the best one out of the original trilogy. The more recent games closely resemble Silent Hill though, so not sure if they are as good.
