video embedding

hi, not sure if this is appropriate. i would like to embed the video clip on this webpage onto my blog, which is with google blogspot. how can i do that?

I would imagine that you would download the flash file, then host it on your own or upload it to youtube or google.

Then using youtube's embedded code you can add the video to your site.

Something like that should allow you to download the flash video.
