This doctor, in an open letter to his patients, goes on and on about why milk doesn't do a body good. He discusses the contents of milk, the production of milk, milk's affect on the body, lactose intolerance, BSE, BIV, osteoporosis, and many other things. Reading it makes you think, and that's a good thing. We should always question and continue to question accepted/controversial practices.

Note: This is a very long letter that this doctor wrote to his patients. It took me about 15 minutes to read through it all, (I was also reading CNN and some other news at the same time)... but it's interesting to hear the other side of the coin.

Will I stop drinking milk? Highly unlikely. Will I think about going toward organic milk if available? Definitely.

And here I thought that milk was already an organic substance ;)

It's certainly not inorganic...

Ar you perhaps thinking about ecological milk ?
