Hi there all,

merry xmas to everyone

At present i have a couple of users working from home and have allowed vpn accesses to their files and network drives but i also have there pst outlook files stored on the server and this aint a problem to run if they are in the building but it seems when they vpn in outlook becomes a little bit unstable and outllook sometimes allows access to the file or i have to point it towards the file which is not a problem but qutie a few times it causes it to crash.

Any one with any good ideas??????

this would prove must useful if i could get it to run smoothly

cheers

sam

most likely their network drive that the pst resides on is not mapped on the laptop. I see this all the time at work since our remote users login script do not map their home dir. I usually map the drive first then have the customer open the Outlook client back up.
