Ad aware plus false alarm

If you use Ad-Aware Plus to scan your PC for spyware, IGNORE a false report that this file is spyware:

C:\Program Files\Norton Systemworks\Clean Sweep\CDSCORE.dll

If you remove this file from your system, Clean Sweep WILL NOT work!!!


This issue has been addressed on Symantec's site, and is being corrected in an updated version of Ad-Aware Plus which will be out soon.
