This Philly Trucker was out on a run trying to deliver a load when he got confused and lost and found himself in a residential neighborhood. He got a ticket and when it came due it turned out to be $17,000.... I bet he nearly sh!t a lizard.

I can totally understand. Philadelphia is crazy.. the streets are all mumbo jumbo.. I went there on a family tour of the east coast about 10 years ago and we got lost 4 or 5 times trying to get to see the liberty bell and so on...
