What is this software.

I bought a new HP Computer System a short while ago and I have spent a considerable amount of time cleaning out all the "free trial" software that came included with it.

There are some other programs running though which I have no idea what they do or what they are, one of them is;

DISCover.exe

which has two other programs associated with it, they are;

DISCUpdMgr.exe
DiscStreamHub.exe

Can anyone tell me what these programs are and whether I can safely delete them?
