Did this ban go ahead as planned? I know some of the deployed links are only slow broadband speeds to share across many terminals, so trying to watch your loved one web-cam might be resource hogging...

But the idea to post messages/photos is great, I think DoD should make their own webpage for this feature.. at least they could censor some sections to make the security bean counters happy!
