The site above lists a great guide and the tools to do the overclocking with. It uses the softFSB program to do the overclocking which works quite well with older motherboards.
The following link has a newer software, but it is shareware and not freeware like softFSb, it is called CPUFSB. I am downloading it now.

One last tool you might need to get that added information about your overclocking. I like it because it's free, it's simple, and it gives a lot of detailed information:

It's called WCPUID, and many of you know the program, while some do not.
