Ducati's Troy Bayliss increased his chances of a third World Superbikes title with a double win in the Czech Republic on Sunday.

The championship leader won the opening race at Brno in a time of 40 minutes, 22.724 seconds, 1.468 seconds ahead of fellow Australian Troy Corser.

His winning margin in the second race was narrower, just 0.928 seconds faster than Michel Fabrizio in second place.

The win takes him to 309 points, 79 ahead of nearest rival Max Neukirchner.

The next round of the championship takes place in Britain, at Brands Hatch on 3 August.
